Toontown: Project Altis, more commonly known as Project Altis, or TTPA for short, is an fanmade server of Disney's Toontown Online. The game is currently in Pre-Beta, which requires a certificate. The game supports Windows 7, 8, 10, and some Mac computers (though unofficially).
But it's not all. Evil called 'Cogs' have taken over, and 'gags' (cartoon fun) are used to defeat them. There is not a purpose that players have to go. A player can choose to be the top racer or to have the most 'laff points'. Many people like it because of this.
